Returns
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you a refund or send you another color, a new size, or an entirely different style. Easy retuns and exchanges by mail (Returns by mail - $7.00).
Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
- Give us a call at 866.88.MOXIE or email us at moxiemail@moxiecycling.com to receive a RMA number and a postage paid shipping label for your package.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the packing slip you received. If you don't have your packing slip, no worries, simply include in a note telling us your name, mailing address and a contact number or email in case we have questions.
- Print out the pre-paid USPS return-shipping label.
- Affix your USPS return shipping label to the packaging (make sure no other tracking labels are shown).
- Take the package to your nearest USPS drop-off location.
When you mail your purchase back to us using the pre-paid USPS shipping label, we'll deduct a flat fee of $7.00 from your order refund for return postage. You'll find a return label that came with your package or you can print a new shipping label here.
